Also, we cannot be held responsible for sensitive time delivery; we hold no power over the postal system as to how quickly they deliver.   We do not refund for buyer's remorse nor for lost packages. In the rare event that your package is lost, we will be happy to try to trace the package or provide you with a shop credit-no refunds, since we can provide proof of shipping. In the very rare case that a pattern is missing a piece/pieces, we will provide a shop credit only if you alert us to this situation within 3 days of receiving the pattern.
