 Simplicity 4961; ©1943; Jr. Misses' and Misses' Blouse and Skirt: The skirt front is gathered to a waistband at either side of the center seam and the back is seamed on either side of the center. The deep oval neckline and lower edge of the short puffed sleeves are gathered to a bias binding. A gusset is set in the underarm. Style 1 is finished with narrow bias bows at the neck and sleeve edges. Style 2 is trimmed with three rows of narrow ruffling or one wide ruffle of eyelet may be used.
