We combine shipping to save our customers on the postage fees. We have shipped to almost all parts of the world. International customers are very welcome; we ship worldwide at very reasonable rates. For our Canadian customers, you pay the same shipping charge as our American customers.

As is the tradition with fabric and pattern stores selling sewing patterns, we do not take returns; all sales are final, as almost everything we sell is easily duplicated or reproduced. Also, we cannot be held responsible for sensitive time delivery; we hold no power over the postal system as to how quickly they deliver.   We do not refund for buyer's remorse nor for lost packages. In the rare event that your package is lost, we will be happy to try to trace the package or provide you with a shop credit-no refunds, since we can provide proof of shipping. In the very rare case that a pattern is missing a piece/pieces, we will provide a shop credit only if you alert us to this situation within 3 days of receiving the pattern. Unfortunately, a few people had abused our return policy, since patterns can be easily copied. Please understand this.  We will be happy to answer any questions!
